• Billing Address
• City

• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Create an email including your account information
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
4. Your email needs to go to [email protected]

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.whatsapp.com/contact/?subject=messenger
2. Put your information into the page where it’s requested of you
3. Request cancellation in message box
4. Click on next step
5. Click on send question

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at (866) 751-3284
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
