About Elite Fitness Concepts

Elite Fitness Concepts is a welcoming gym in Great Falls, Virginia, that’s been inspiring healthy change since 1998. Led by Jason Stavich, the club offers personal support, flexible hours, and a wide selection of classes to suit every fitness need. Open seven days a week, the gym works around your schedule and gives you the chance to stay consistent with your fitness goals. Its single location offers a tight-knit environment with plenty of personalized attention. Workouts include the core-focused Ab Stretch class, Body Sculpting for low-impact toning, and Spinning for high-powered cardio. Cardio kickboxing is another favorite that blends intensity with stress relief. If you’re looking for more structure, personal trainers are available for one-on-one sessions tailored to your fitness plan. Dance lovers can enjoy fun and energetic aerobics classes like Zumba, Balletone, and Hip Hop Fusion. The club also provides Pilates and weight management programs for a balanced approach. Memberships start at $80/month for individuals and $105/month for families. There’s a $125 initiation fee that includes a full fitness assessment and two personal training sessions. Additional training starts at $50 per session, with packages available. If you need to cancel, just refer to the instructions on this page for a smooth process.
