Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• E-mail Address on account
• The Full name of the High School you attended
• The Year That You Graduated from High School
• The City and State or Province of your High School.

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: http://www.classmates.com/
2. Click on the button that says ‘SIGN IN’
3. Login using email and password
4. By scrolling up, find the gear icon
5. Click on the gear icon
6. Click on “Account”
7. Click on “Email subscriptions”
8. Click on each box on the page and select “unsubscribe”
9. By scrolling up, find “Personal Information”
10. Click on “Personal information”
11. Click on the box next to “Show my information” to uncheck it
12. By scrolling up, find “Billing”
13. Click on “Billing”
14. By scrolling down, find “Account information”
15. Click on “Turn off automatic renewal”
16. Click on “yes” to confirm

3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Provide the agent with your account info
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
6. Request that you be refunded
