About Blast Fitness

Blast Fitness is a regional gym franchise that has been helping members reach their fitness goals since 2011. With corporate offices in Downers Grove, Illinois, the company currently serves members in Illinois and Arizona. The Illinois gyms are found in Chicago, Lombard, Burbank, Bridgeview, and Downers Grove, while Arizona hosts gyms in Phoenix and Mesa. The company is in the process of expanding into California and Massachusetts. Members can participate in a wide range of instructor-led group fitness classes. From cardio-focused workouts like Turbo Kick and Cardio Drills and Muscle Skills to strength-based options such as Pure Muscle Tone and Weight Training 101, the schedule is packed with variety. Additional offerings include Zumba, Yoga, and Bootcamp Conditioning. Class sizes are intentionally small, allowing instructors to provide one-on-one feedback when necessary. Members who want a fully tailored workout plan can choose personal training, which includes customized programs based on body type and fitness goals. Blast Fitness offers two types of memberships: Gold and Platinum. The Gold membership covers access to the main gym floor, cardio and strength areas, and locker rooms. The Platinum plan offers everything in Gold plus access to classes, tanning, babysitting, and all gym locations. Memberships start at just $9.98 per month. Cancellations must follow the instructions provided by Blast Fitness, which can be found online.
