How to Cancel Skin Flow

Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• Do you have unopened product you wish to return for credit
• Name of Product Ordered

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at (833) 827-5216
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Provide the agent with your account info
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
5. Request that you be refunded
6. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
7. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

2. Request that you be refunded
3. Provide the agent with your account info in the email
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
