1. Contact customer service at 1-866-640-2273
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Provide the agent with your account info
4. Request that you be refunded
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
6. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

2. Click on “Customer Log In”
3. Login using email address and password
4. Click on “My account”
5. By scrolling down, find “Manage Billing”
6. Click on “Manage Billing”

8. Click on “Cancel Membership”
9. Put your information into the page where it’s requested of you
