How to Cancel Active Advantage

Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Last 4 digits of Credit Card being charged
• Order number (if applicable)
• Phone Number
• E-mail Address on account

Follow these steps:

1. Create an email requesting to close your account
2. Provide the agent with your account info in the email
3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Request that you be refunded
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
6. Your email needs to go to [email protected]
7. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Provide the agent with your account info
4. Request that you be refunded
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
