Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 800-362-4587
2. In the phone system choose 1 and then option 3
3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Provide the agent with your account info
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep
6. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
7. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
